  • Can you believe how well everyone did last month! We lost 1/2 a person

    So lets see what Turkey month will do for us. On you weigh in day just let me know the loss in pounds for the week and I will get you posted. If you are new jump on in anytime! There is no start date we just start a new thread each month.

  • I would like to introduce myself. My name is kelly and I have been a long time (off and on) WW member. I have previously lost around 40 pounds doing WW and gained part of it back. I recently tried another low-carb diet option and lost about 20 pounds but I am getting tired of the food restrictions. I am going back to what I know for this last 10 pounds.

    Since I have all the information and materials, I'm going to do this myself at home. I am calling Wednesday my official weigh-in date. I will check back in on Wednesday for my loss.

    I would like to lose around 5 pounds before Thanksgiving holiday.
  • Do you mind if I join? I previously lost 60 lbs on ww at home but that was 5 years ago, it's come back since then so I'm back on full swing again, this is week 2 for me, my weigh in was friday and I was down 3.2 lbs, yay!
  • wowza!!!! We did GREAT last month!!! I'm afraid that there is a chance I may have to report a gain this week!! We'll see tomorrow!!

  • Hello ladies! Congrats on our awesome work last month!

    I confess I got a little lazy this week, didn't pay as much attention to points as I should have, although I still managed to lose 1.2 lbs this week. That means I'm only .8 away from my 10% Hopefully next week! *fingers crossed* But I was totally paranoid this week I'd see 0 weight loss or worse a gain, and I so do not want to have that feeling ever again, which means I gotta buckle down and stay focused and write down everything I eat and hold myself accountable! Especially considering how close we are to the holiday season. Now would NOT be a good time to start slipping.

    My name is Tracy. I have done WW before, but just started again yesterday. Monday morning will be my weigh-in, I weighed in at 149 this morning.

  • That was great for one month.... I didn't weigh in last week because I had been horribly off plan and didn't want to deal with it...

    I'll be in on Friday with my new weight.... hopefully it isn't a gain

  • Hi... my name is Zabrina.. I started WW at Home on Oct 7th... Since then i have managed to lose 21 pounds...Today was my weigh in and i had lost 2 more since last week.....
  • Hello Ladies - I hope you don't mind if I join in. I had done ww 2 yrs back for a short while and lost 10 lbs on it easily. I just had a medical treatment and I gained 20 lbs (well I will blame 10 lbs on bad food & being lazy). Last week, I have started ww at home.

    last week weigh in = 145.00
    Today's weigh in = 143.4

    I hope to continue this (in past I had hard time continuing a diet or exercise). That's why I wanted to join a group where we can encourage each other.

    me not so much rock gain 1.0 but after reviewing my journal geez what can I expect over points and no exercise...someone kick my behind? eh
