how many points am i allowed?

  • I think the points plan is based on the weight. I.e. how much you weight determines how many points you can have.
    can someone tell me the different levels? i think under 150 was the lowest you could go. and that was something like 20-25 pts. Right now i am 155.

    I pulled out out my plan basics and it reads like this:

    Less than 150 pounds= 18-25 daily points range
    150 to 174 pounds= 20-27 daily points range
