So what always kills me is just wanting to keep eating even though I'm not hungry per say... today I've been really wanting to eat but right now I only have healthy foods in my room so it hasn't been too much of a problem.

... I chew gum, I don't go near the kitchen... I get out of the kitchen right after a meal if I feel the need to continue eating, DH gets to do the dishes
