I got up this morning wishing I didn't then I turned that around quickly. I got on my computer and got on youtube. found a Belly dancing excercise...( I have always wanted to try it.) Did that for 35 minutes. took Fish oil, multivitamin, and B6. Drank some Cran-grape all natural juice. And a green tea supplement. I ate a cup of foot loops instead of the entire box. with a 1/2 cup of 2% milk... and I am feeling great... I feel like I need to mingle with others in my boat. MY goal weight is 132. The weight I was before I had a miscarriage in 2007.
