    keep in mind all those snacks are spaced through out the day.
    L wasn't hungry I've been snacking all day. LOL
    D white meat chicken breast chopped up on a whole wheat tortilla/w lettus tomato w/ fatfree itallian dressing mixed with lowfat sour cream this also makes a great dip and it makes it easy to hold the mayo. oven baked sweet potato french fries.

    calorie count I don't know I quit counting calories a long time a go.
  • Breakfast - 2 x wholegrain toast with light peanut butter and honey (350)
    Snack = 4 x corn thins with peanut butter (150)
    Lunch = salad (75gm cooked chicken breast, cucumber, tomato, carrot, snow peas, with sweet chilli dressing) (200)
    Snack = 150gm fat free yoghurt (60)
    Dinner = 2 x kangaroo sausages with corn, sundried tomato, cucumber, onion, tomato and mixed leaves salad (300)

    Total = 1060 (will probably have an after dinner snack - so the total will end up around 1200)

    Exercise
    30 minute run on the treadmill at 12.5km/hr base with intervals up to 16km/her
    50 minute spin class

    S - 15 (ish - some spilled in the car and had to be tossed) baby carrots (35 cals)
    L - salad: 1 C lettuce/spinach mix, 1 roma tomato, ~3 inches of a cucumber, asian sesame lowfat dressing (130 cals)

    It's 1:30 and I'm just above 200 calories - no wonder I feel tired...no time to eat tho - I actually tossed half of my salad because the dressing had been sitting on it so long it wilted. :-(
    I need to remember to bring my water bottle as I've had NO water today.
