  • Up 2, but I knew I was up. Onward and downward!!
  • Just like I thought water wt. loss. I am back to 218. But it is 1 lb down from the beginning. Went to the orthopedic doc. for f/u on my broke ankles he said stop doing so much activity befor I do permanent damage to my legs. So no more stairs for awhile I pigged out last night on granola bars. No not the low fat kind the fudgy, carmel, and all the good gooy kind. Mad at myself. Was going to try and do better by not starving myself today and drat bought a chick frijita from Mc D's. But I only ate half for lunch along with a salad I will have the other as after noon snack. Maybe I wll do bettr tonight with the night time goodies. See ya.

  • Yah Who!!! I'm not quite sure what I did this week, but I am down 8 pounds from last Monday. I did start WW online last week, and did really good on the points, but I did splurge one day. We'll see how it goes next Monday.

    Only 15 more to reach my 10% mini-goal of 211!
    Still got 26 before my Thanksgiving goal.

    Well, once again I am just starting. Saw pictures of myself at my daughters birthday party and am in shock that I look that big. Therefore, I will start once again.

    This morning I was at 227 lbs.

  • Well I went to the doc yesterday and went up 1lb. That sucks but I'm not shocked. I kinda knew it would be up. I am going to get it off by next week for sure. I'm not worried all that much.

    Great job to all who lost this week. You inspire me!!

  • Bella - One pound is NOT BAD AT ALL! Congratulations for keeping yourself to only a one pound gain!!

  • Another week has passed and it's time for another weigh-in...

    I gained 1lb this week(sniff), but that isn't too bad...Hopefully I will have it off by next weigh-in. So my stats are...

    265lbs/260lbs/199.
  • One Lb gain is not much. Just keep plucking away at the program and soon it will be 10 lbs lost and you will have forgotten about the measlly 1 lb in no time. :: 1 lb gain and 1 lb lost its good either way isn't it if you lose at all it is wonderful. And to gain only one lb. is great too. Could be worse and could be stagnant like me. I keep yo-yoing betwn 220-215 lb. Aaaaaaah, HELP! That's 5 lbs back and forth. See told ya....
  • You guys are all doing GREAT Lots of losses here, & if you gained, oh, well. Today is a new day!!! We can do it!

    I just had weigh in today & lost another 2 pounds! That puts my total lost at 46.2 My goal for this week is to write EVERYTHING down.
  • I stayed the same this week. I should be happy about that but I am not. I feel bad about it. I wanted a lose. Oh well I guess there is next week.
  • Yay, yay, yay. Down 2.4 lbs for the week, a total of 9.4 so far. Must have been all the water!
