    (I just don't get why I can be full on 1000 calories some days, like today, and ravenous after 3000 calories on other days. Oh well. I've decided not to worry about under 1200 calorie days, within reasons, or over 2500 calorie days, within reason.)

    Ugghh...I'm dragging my behind today. All this concentrating on weight lifting has put a hurting on my poor body. Every muscle is killing me!! Plus getting up at 4:30 so I can be at the gym at 5:30 has thrown my brain into shock. Did I mention I have a case of raging PMS too?? Sorry about the whining.....I'll be better soon.
