Week from 09/07/2009 to 09/13/2009

  • Sorry ladies! I was off yesterday!

    I am at 230 this morning which means I lost 2 pounds last week and I cheated so much over the weekend (Drank beer friday adn satruday night, had deep fried stuff on sunday and chocolate yesterday) which means I would of lost even more! But it is okay because this week is less temptations. I should be alright to not cheat for this week and nextweek hoping to be 223 by the 21.

    today:

    Breakfast: One cup of cereal with skimmilk
    Lunch: Little piece of steak with steam veggies
    Dinner: Chicken stir frywith rice noodles.

    Exercise: 40 mins of cardio dancing. I had to step it up cause I find I wasnt working hard enough with 30 mins.
