Can someone explain to me what TOM stands for?

no weight watchers weigh in this week - I have a baby sitting co-op meeting tonight. This will be my first "free pass" I'm using at weight watchers. (you get 3 free passes in 6 months) With my scale at home it looks like I may have lost 1/2 to a one lb. I won't change my signature until next week - when it's offical.

I don't call mine TOM...I read on another thread that it can be called Aunt Flow...I HATE HER!!! Yes, STILL at 54...another of God's little jokes!!! I'm not weighing either, I'm chosing to bury my head in the sand instead!

OK, I'm going to do my first weigh in on this site. But it is probably not such a good week to do it. Last Monday: 234. Today: 234, so a total of 0 this week. I did start in Feb with 279, so still a total of 45.

I lost 3 pounds between last week and this week. That's 54 for me, 51 to go. Hooray!!

That time of the month huh.....I also called it Aunt Flow(or as some on another site I go to just call it AF now). I'm lucky, I don't have to worry about that, however I do have the battle of gaining weight easily as I am on the Depo Prevera(it's the only Birth control I can take due to high blood pressure which is controled with meds).


Anyhow it's that time of the week again(this week went by really fast) for me to weigh in and it's a good one this week.

I lost 2lbs...WOOHOO....so that brings me down to 259lbs....so that brings me under 260lbs.

Great work to those who lost weight, and you do it next week to those that didn't. Good luck to all...

It's TOM for me to . My weigh in is not until the 20th, and I plan on doing it. Last weigh in was on Saturday the 13th and AF showed up the next day ~Sunday. On Sunday the scale read +2.5. I am praying that it is all water retention! I can't get my wedding ring off w/o a fight

I kicked SERIOUS butt this week!! As I said it was my first week COMPLETELY OP! AND I LOST 7 lbs!!! I MADE IT INTO THE 250s!! I am so psyched... I nearly cried with happiness!!

I just got home from my weigh in, & I am down 2 pounds! HOORAY!

That makes for a total of 44.2 pounds gone FOREVER!

Congratulations all you big losers! I can't get over it and how many of you have lost big totals as well.

Well, I wasn't going to weigh in till I went to the doctors but I broke down and bought a scale. But I have promised myself I WILL NOT BE COMPULSIVE about the numbers. I have put it in the basement so I will NOT be weighing in nekkid and first thing in the morning. I don't think I've ever weighed in at a doctor's nekkid and hardly ever early in the morning.

So I'll be weighing in afternoons on Wed. which is closer to my usual appt. times and a pound or two heavier than in the morning. But I'll get there anyway, just keeping me honest.

So I've lost six pounds since last weighed in on June 20 plus the one I had lost before. So I'm down seven total and feeling much better. I know mine will be slow but any at all is a great feeling.
