This is my first post to weigh in I started on July 8th at 281 lbs.
Following WW point at home I lost 5lbs my 1st weigh in on July 15th. Only 126lbs to go LOL

I have no idea how this happened - I did bump up my exercise this week, but only to 30 min x 3 instead of 20 min x 3.....

I lost 4.5 pounds!!!

Remind me of this on one of those weeks when I gain and have no idea why. Weightloss is a quirky thing, eh?

25 pounds gone, yay me!

Hi all,

A big round of applause to all, losers, gainers, and maintainers; hey, we still showed up here, and that's half the battle!

Lost 1 pound this week. I'm going to try to get to 223.5 by Labour Day , a 10 lb loss from my starting point last week.

I'm not sure how it happened but my weigh-in days seemed to have switched from Fridays to Sundays lol

Anyway Mr. Scale reported me at 234.5 this morning!!! YEAH that's a 2.5 pound loss from last Sunday. I'm pumped now!

Lost 1 pound. I'll take it! Went out drinking Friday night , which is a big fat nono, especially when weigh in is on Saturday. Plus Aunt Flo, did not depart until Friday night/Saturday morning. Hoping for a big loss next weigh in. I got one of my 'step' tapes from ebay yesterday, and plan on using it today! who-hoo.
