It's Sunday, no one's around!

  • Well, I got back on track! I was so worried that Friday night would kick me for the entire weekend, but I beat teh system, FINALLY!
    Come Saturday afternoon I was eating "normally" but just not journaling until 7pm when I picked up the next day. After a good, low point dinner, I went out with some friends, and kept beatign the system. Only drank water, no snacks, and had a great time! I'd have to say though, coming home at 3:30AM I sure had an appetite, but still just went to bed.


    Now, Sunday morning/afternoon, I"m getting ready for my first meal of the day and I"m so happy I feel great, and I'm so proud of myself to not giving to temptation.

  • Great job Lucy! I'm finally back on track after my Friday night I've started journaling religiously, and it's really helping! Slow day though around here...I think my good eating has been mainly due to the fact that I have been NAPPING all day! Hope everyone's having a great Sunday afternoon!
