  • Well, I hope you all had an Amazing August!!

    I seem to have fallen off the wagon, losing your internet connection has some odd side effects

    So, if Ellie doesn't mind, I thought I'd start a September thread and promise to add up our losses on Sundays again. Hopefully I'll get myself back on track too.

    So, race you all down to Sunday Sept 27th, 4 weeks from........

  • Pebbles, I hope you sneak down a pound or two this month. I guess you are at that gruesomely difficult stage, just a few pounds to go and so much effort required - good luck!

    That's right LiL PiXiE, I collate the info on Sundays and post everyone's progress.

    I've started some blogs, hopefully I'll be able to jolly myself into success. So 3FC blog for how I feel and FitDay for the measurements! Fingers crossed, something will work!

  • im in again havent been on the scales as yet since literally coming back from hols this morning to be honest im so tired i cant keep my eyes open so will weigh in tomorrow now and let today go....but by end of sept i want to be down to 132 at least!

  • right....not that impressed with myself although dont feel huge what so ever and really dont look any bigger with the weight gain but ive managed in 10 days to put on 5lbs...oops....

    so back up again and will try and sort my aim to be about 134 by end of sept...

    That's great Stef! I have posted a link to this thread at the end of the August one...

    So, I am in again, today is a good day, as I am now officially out of the Obese BMI category, yippee. And on this challenge, I am set to go under the 200lbs mark, double yippee, also the thinnest I was the last time I lost weight was 196, so all going well, I will exceed that too.

    I also have a big event at the end of September that had been a target for a while to look good for it, have bought lots of fancy clothes etc for it, so I have a real drive to be ultra good in September.

    Hey Touchmytoes, I know you may feel a bit disheartened, but to put it in perspective... At the beginning of August you were v. worried, and since then only 2 tiny little extra pounds have been added, which you will get rid of in no time, also, i find if you do have a bad bingie time, then if you get straight back on track those extra pounds are easier to lose, as you have kind of jumpstarted your metabolism in the bad weeks!!!

  • yeah im hoping that as soon as i cut down the carbs again my body will start kicking back into fat loss again, and today i went out and bought another pair of joggers so its serious business again now with the gym...

    honestly dont feel like i did when i was this weight before, so the exercise must have made a **** of an impact to me losing weight and feeling better, so im defo upping the exercise as its just so good for you.

    last night of wine and a chicken dinner with roasties....

    then tomorrow salad!
