When counting calories for your meat such as frozen chicken breast is the calorie count on the package 120 cals for 4 oz of the chicken as it's frozen or after it's cooked? because I have weighed it before and after and it weighs less after it's been cooked. everywhere I look basically says 4 oz of chicken is 130-140 cals. but what if i get one of those rotisserie chicken and weigh 4 ounces of that.. it is already cooked... i haven't found any difference for a calorie count that differentiates weight for chicken whether it's cooked, thawed out or frozen...
