I am 40, married with 2 kids, and struggling to get back on track. I can not stop eating! I decided to try something new this time - to get some support from nice and knowledgeable strangers… you guys! Maybe that is what was missing from my plan all these years. I need to loose about 50 pound, but I would be ecstatic to lose 20!! I am looking forward to reading the boards and blogs, and I am planning to post regularly!








I always ask how do people loose over 100 lbs? I am finding it to be such a challenge to calculate every calorie from food and keeping track. I have no clue how many calories I consume a day. That will be my project. I have to pull out all the measuring cups/spoons. I guess the more the effort it takes to calculate and measure I will enjoy the food more, instead of just stuffing my face.
