  • Hi, Tracy, I was starting a daily challenge last week called Just For Today. I decided I'd jump in here with you.

    My Goals for this week

    1 Fruit and 1 Vegetable Minimum Daily
    36 points (Will bank them, if I don't use them all.)
    Exercise 5 days
    32 ounces of water
    Journal
    Lose at Least 1 pound: Weigh In on Sundays

    1,300 cal. a day
    Water:At least 50 oz
    Exercise:30min a day

    Exercise:60min.elliptical

    Kashi crackers130
    Way too many carbos today!
  • July 13th - July 17th
    -Exercise atleast 30minutes per day for atleast 4 days
    -Drink atleast 6 cups of water per day
    -Get atleast 7 hours of sleep per night

    Food: calories in limit,but way tooooo many carbs!
  • Cereal and milk 6
    Muffins 12 (should have ate a normal lunch)
    Lima beans 3
    Spahetti 9
    Garlic Toast 3
    Rice Krispie Treats 5
    Soft Taco 6
    Popsickle 1
    fruit 1

    Total 46 over by 10 points
    But I did have 3 ap, so that cuts it down some

    did 2 mile watp
    also did some core exercises
    26 oz water, not done yet
    still need to eat a fruit
    I will write in my 3fc blog before I go to bed.

    All in all, not a bad day really.
  • Daily Goals for the Week
    Baby steps...

    For my first week, I will:

    1. Drink 64 ounces of water each day
    2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes each morning instead of sleeping in
    3. Eat no bread....no bread...no bread...no bread. Okay
    4. No Sweets. Sweets bad. Fruits are my arses friend.

    I think that's enough to conquer this week. See you tomorrow.

    My goal for this week is to give up bread, sugar, white stuff.
    Loose 2 pounds and drink at least 5 glasses of water everyday.
