  • Flower by Moby. I don't even like Moby but this song gets me started.

  • I personally like Britney Spears, Shakira and limited Christina Aguilera songs for working out.

    Me too + anything by Lady Gaga and Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" - the beat is perfect for pounding the pavement (or dreadmill) or even using the rowing machine.

  • Lately, I put on the 80s music channel, on the home tv. But I know a lot of people here are looking for specific songs for the ipod ... But still, consider that there are some pumped-up 80s songs!

  • I second WhitePicketFences' suggestion for the 80's. Scandal, Pat Benetar, Joan Jett, etc... really work for me.
