Goals for this week??

  • Anyone have any goals for this week? Mine are:

    1. Drop 2 lbs (i hope & pray!)
    2. Cardio daily (5/week, 30+ minutes, either Walk/Jog DVD or 1hr walk outside)
    3. Toning (3x/week, not sure what yet.. what toning exercises does everyone else do? Would like to keep it to 20-30 min/day)
    4. 4 veggies & 4 fruits daily.

    That's it for me! Whats everyone else aiming for this week?
  • Continuing with my exercise goals: 2 walks a day and 30-minute workout every day. It's really hot here now, so the walks are quite challenging.

    Staying in my current calorie range.

    And this week is my birthday and while I could care less, my Mom will want to either cook me dinner or go out for dinner. I'll have to watch what I eat the rest of that day. Hopefully she won't bring me any cake!
  • 1. Get to 199lbs!!! at least
    2. Go back to college gym class (was injured last week)
    3. Stay in calories on the low end, haven't been eating enough lately.
    4. Eat more fruits and veggies ( trip to store required after payday)
  • 1. Get my weight down to 139 or less;
    2. Use up what's in my pantry and freezers and keep my food bill low;
    3. Exercise every day;
    4. Stay on plan.
  • My goals for this week are to:
    • Faithfully take my supplements
    • Walk on treadmill daily and work up to 45 minutes daily this week
    • Drink more water
  • Plan my meals rather than deciding at the last moment.

    Wear my pedometre.

    Drink 2 litres of water.
  • My scale had a dip today. It happens very slowly these days. My goal is to make that dip stick all week until I feel confident the scale is absolutely correct.

    I have already made our dinner for tonight--eggplant and grilled chicken breast. Hubby and I are going out today and leaving the kids with the sitter. I knew we would be pressed on time arriving back today.

    My goal is to work out before dinner tonight.

    On my weekly shopping tomorrow, it is my goal to bring only "non-tempting to binge" items in this house.
  • This week i would love to:

    1.) get into the 150's (lose 2.3 lbs)
    2.) stay op with my calories (1400-1600)
    3.) stick to my workout schedule for the week (Mon-Sat, apprx 280-310 min)
  • 1. get back to daily exercising (had issues with that last week due to migraines )
    2. try to lose 1-2 pounds this week. I lost 5 last week, but just started calorie counting, so most of that was probably water weight.
    3. Get back to doing yoga 5x a week (I need it - lots of stress!)

  • This week I want to:
    -Stay within my daily calories (1200-1300)
    -Pack a healthy lunch and snacks every day for work
    -Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
  • Drop some weight. The scale is sticking despite my best efforts. I biked and swam yesterday, and kept up with my yoga and weights all week. And hiked for 2.5 hours today so I know I'm burning calories, and I'm eating with in my range (with a couple hundred over today on account of the hike.)

    My other goal is to really enjoy and get the most out of the back-bend yoga workshop I'm going to on Wed. night.

    And to bike to the beach for a swim at least once (and to remember my sun screen even if it's cloudy.)
  • Lose that 2.5lbs I've gained back
    Cardio 4 times this week
    Strength twice
    Under 1400/day
  • Mine are to:

    Add a few group exercise classes into my weekly workout.
    Not do any drinking/overeating
    Stick to my 1200-1300 calories per day
    Try out a new healthy recipe
  • 1) 30 mins cardio every day - just started Couch to 5k program
    2) No more than 1500 calories a day
    3) Lose 2 lbs this week (I last weighed 226 on 09/12/07)
  • I'm really struggling. *wince*

    Maybe this week I can avoid giving up every single day at 6 p.m.
