Since January, I have made 3 major changes in my life to increase my health
- going gluten-free - I was diagnosed celiac and found I had much more energy eating gluten-free.
- going sugar-free - I am also diabetic and stopped eating sweets and added sugars and I now have even more energy. I still eat fruit, I don't consider than a harmful sugar.
- going to the gym - Guess what??? Even MORE energy. I used to have a pity party when I had to go to the gym. Now I just tell myself I gotta "take care of business". My health is my business.
I've lost 6 pounds in the last month. I view that as a bonus of these changes and as proof that these changes are good for my health.


It's amazing how much making healthy changes can make you feel better in all aspects of your life.
