Hi ,recently came here so I'm pretty new to this place. Anyways, I have a question. What is a safe bodyfat % that will make me look cut? My current bodyfat % is 10.5%. I weigh 138. My height is 5"4. Also, if you need to know, what I do for weightlifting is something called stronglifts. I got that workout off of stronglifts.com Also I do cardio 5 times a week since I'm a soccer player.
