Thanks all!!

I had a great birthday and really just overall birthday weekend. Went biking on Saturday (22 miles) then did biking yesterday (20 miles). We went out to eat after biking yesterday.

This morning, I did NRLW I'm hoping to make it a good year with lots of fun and hopefully weight loss.
