Hey Chickies. I had some good news I wanted to share. Today I weighed in at 166. That is officially 50% of my body weight gone! It is so amazing to me, I just can't get over it. I remember when I started out and I thought about how much weight I really needed to lose and I was like, "Good Grief, I'll still be overweight if I lose 1/2 of myself." Well, technically according to the BMI charts I am still overweight, but OH HONEY, I sure don't feel like it! 8 pounds to go and I'll be "normal" !
