Thank you again for all your wonderful tips and info on MRC. I did go buy my Flaxseed Capsules so I am one step closer in doing it. Anyone have any other hidden message I need to know? It is costly, so I just hope it works for me....I would be so disappointed if it didn't and all the money was a total loss!

Hi Fifties Lady! So glad that you decided to do this for you! I was not given a menu for preconditioning. All I was told was to cut out caffeine or ween myself off of it and to eat protein at each meal, eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast and start drinking lots of water at least 64 oz per day. The classes are not mandatory, but they are suppose to help with your journey. When I started the program in January I was working 2 jobs so I didn't make any of the classes, you are suppose to WI twice a week but if you are out of town they will work with you that week. Buy a good multi vitamin and take it daily. I would not buy a bunch of pills if you don't want to or cant afford it. I guess it all depends on how much you want to lose. I love the MRC6 and have taken it nearly every day since January, I think it helps a lot with inches lost.....I have lost 38 inches/30.5 lbs. I like the kiwi melon and the jello HNS.
