  • There are many reasons to stay on plan today... But, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

    Let's share.
  • I will stay on plan because that is what i need to do to succeed. It is the only way this weight will come off of me.
  • I will stay on plan because the only reason I go off plan is emotional. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry, I don't want to eat just because food is there! I want to control what I eat and be comfortable with that.
  • I'm going to stay on plan because I bought a reallly cute dress for my brother's college graduation party... and I want to look hot in it!!! hahah :-p
  • i will stay on plan because it's the only way i can watch the scale move in my favor!
  • I will stay on plan because I can't think of a good enough excuse not to
  • I will stay on plan today because I dragged my butt to the gym even though I hadn't planned on it! (Plans got changed, meaning I had the opportunity to go to the gym, so I went!)

    I didn't do all that work just to stray off plan!
  • I will stay on plan because tomorrow isn't just my weigh-in day, it's the day I've been on this diet for eight weeks.
  • Whoops!! I just realized that I posted on the April thread instead of this one today... D'oh! Oh well, hehe.
  • I will stay on-plan today because weekends are no longer an excuse to eat everything I want.
  • Because I havent been OP in almost 2 weeks.
  • I'm feeling motivated to succeed!
  • I'm staying on plan because, slowly but surely, it's WORKING! Also I walked in a 5K for women with much more serious health issues than fat to contend with and in respect for their struggles, I won't waste the good healthy body God gave me on bad food and laziness.
  • Um, sex. The improving confidance as it relates to that and other things in general.

    (I hope that alone is not TMI; I don't know.)
