I will stay on plan because the only reason I go off plan is emotional. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry, I don't want to eat just because food is there! I want to control what I eat and be comfortable with that.
I will stay on plan today because I dragged my butt to the gym even though I hadn't planned on it! (Plans got changed, meaning I had the opportunity to go to the gym, so I went!)
I'm staying on plan because, slowly but surely, it's WORKING! Also I walked in a 5K for women with much more serious health issues than fat to contend with and in respect for their struggles, I won't waste the good healthy body God gave me on bad food and laziness.
