Yummy filling breakfast, LOL

  • I have 27g porridge oats cooked in water with 30g apple sauce/cooked apple
    comes to to around 135kcals super filling!

    If I feel like I need it a bit sweeter I add sweetener/cinnamon
    Also bought Jordans Natural Wheat Bran so I had about 3/4grams to it to get extral fibre for about 7kcals
