That's not my problem though, I don't know how to list it in my daily plate. Every class is different, but they are all weight training mainly with cardio bursts and plyometrics. I don't want to list it and then overeat when I eat back some of the calories. (I do eat back some calories that I burn because for a month I didn't and I didn't lose a lb, last week I overate most days
and lost 4 lbs) What do you all think?
