Paleo diet

  • I began the paleo diet and have been doing well for the last day and 1/4 thus far. I began wking out Feb 28th and have stuck w/ it!

  • congrats! I mostly follow the paleo diet, and I can lose up to 0.5-1 lb. a day on it. It is just difficult to follow.

    I think you'll really start to feel physically better by about day 4-5 and then within 3-4 weeks you may begin to see the health benefits.
