My current weight is 258 lbs I've lost 11 lbs so far
I'm following the weight watchers point plan and so far I'm really enjoying it. My problem at the moment is motivation to exercise. The first 2 weeks I worked out daily jogging/walking 3 miles a day. Week 3 I hit my plateau and that was it my motivation went and I haven't done any exercise for the last 2 weeks. I have lost 2 - 3 lbs in the weeks I haven't exercised. I'm ready to start exercising again now BUT the thing that puts me off about exercising is every time I exercise I gain or plateau and my motivation goes.This place looks really good and I've been reading some posts and everyone seems so nice. Look forward to sharing and getting to know everyone better.
