What if one day I had more that my 20 g of carbs during induction?

  • I think I had thirty grams of carbs by mistake because I just learned that coffee has carbs too and that feta cheese had more than one gram per ounce.

    If I excercise or something would that help me from going over my carb count?

    or how can I compensate? If there is a way?
  • Slip ups happen. Just be sure to get right back on track sticking to 20 carbs per day of only acceptable foods list foods & 12-15 of your 20 carbs coming from veggies & salads
