Chefs - not sure about the potatoes, but I would probably count 15-20 pts to be on the safe side - without seeing them, they are also probably cooked with either butter or oil - BUT whatever was in them, they sound YUM!

Well yesterday went great for me - I had a balanced day, but that tends to happen when you're excited and start again. I must admit that I am a scale junkie. When I'm dieting, I tend to weigh myself SEVERAL times a day - it's like a drug for me.

So far, I am down 4 lbs, but I still have several days to go before WI, so we'll see what happens.
I had the best thing for breakfast yesterday - and I'm making it again today. It is egg muffins 3 pts for the entire serving - which makes 7 mini muffins
1/2 c egg beaters (1)
14 g 2% Kraft shredded cheese (1)
1 T bacon bits
mushrooms (0) - you can sub or add as many other 0 pt veggies that you like
Pour into mini muffin pans, and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
These were yummy!
Today I have 31 points - this is what my menu looks like - oh I tend to eat every 2-3 hours:
B - Egg Muffins (3)
S - bananna (2)
L - Southwest Salad - lettuce, tomato, 1/2 c black beans (1), 5 oz chicken (5), sour cream (2), cheese (1)
S - Fiber One Bar (2)
S - Orange (1)
D - Naked Chicken Parmesean with Ronzoni rotini (12) and side of broccoli (0)
S - Jello Sugar Free pudding (1)
5/5 fruit/veggie, 2/2 healthy fat, 2/2 milk + 3L H2O
