  • I found out the biscuit was only like 3 points. I want it back!!!!! LOL

    We can't always be perfect. I don't always journal on the weekends. I know I should too. I started a new thread that will go for two weeks. I am going to challenge myself to journal EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth (even if 1 M&M) for these 2 weeks. GOOD or BAD!!!!

  • Hello everyone. Just found this great site last night. Everyone sounds so nice and supportive and that's just what I'm looking for since joining WW last night (day one of the rest of my life.....yikes...what a challenge). It's actually quite frightening in the sense of not wanting to fail. I've got 40 lbs to lose and hopefully can take off as much as 45 or 50. Can't believe I've allowed myself to put on all this weight!
