Going to have a great week.
Breakfast- Kashi Cereal-(1)
milk-(1)

snack- 45 ff pringles -( 3)
1/4 c. rice pudding-( 1.5)

lunch- salad-(6)

ww chicken cordon bleu- (5)
ww oven baked fries- (3)

ff cupcake-(3)
POINTS- 23.5
water- 12 cups
exercise- 40 min. treadmill
1/2 of a Taebo tape.

dinner- Taco soup- 1 cup-(1)
1 piece of cheese- (1)

snack- D.Q. small vanilla cone- (5)
1 reeses-(1)

Points 15.5-oops and it is time for bed.
water- 8 cups- need more
exercise- 30 min. treadmill.
8 min. workout with Billy Blanks Taebo

chicken on tortillas w/peppers, onions, and salsa-9

W-4-8oz. (not so good...)
definitely not enough fruits or veggies!

I'm back after not posting a journal for a while. Hopefully this will help me. I know some of these foods are unconventional, but it is what I eat.

L: Greek salad w/feta and olives..don't know points, only "dipped" in the dressing, am figuring about 7 pts. Was at a restaurant, it was this or a big burger!

E-walked 1 mile
W-5-8oz.

Thursday was a difficult day, obviously! The food alone totals in at around 27 points. We won't discuss the wine....

A raisin bake- I got them at Krogers. Healthy Valley! They are in the Organic section.

Friday- Sept. 21
breakfast- 1 mini crueller- (1.6)
Lunch- turkey and ham roll up-(6)

dinner- more rollups(5)
ff cupcake-(3)
reeses-(2)
2 bananas- (4)

Points- 21.6
water -80 oz.
exercise- 40 mins on treadmill. 7% incline and 3.0 speed with intervals of running.

DIDN'T USE THE BANKED POINTS YEAH!!!
