I just got on my 'better health plan' last week and this is my second week going into it, and I was feeling very confident about it until my cousin calls my grandmother bragging about how she lost 4 pounds in one week! I'm so jealous and envious because she eats nothing but crap and empty calories. She's the type who thinks just because she did a Slim Fast Shake that she can scarf it down with a big piece of fried chicken. It's also come to light that she's using 'green tea diet pills'. And it just frustrats me, someone who is doing it the right way. And I've lost two pounds and I'm very, very proud of it. But she's lost four in 4 days without as much as busting a sweat as she's put it!
I know I shouldn't be jealous because I know my way- watching calorie intake, being more active, eating smaller portions, will get me to my goal and help me maintain it and hers is a temporary fix but it just boils my blood! Anybody else ever felt that way?
