So I have started up my exercise routine after a few months of just plain being lazy. I am doing a 55 minute Pilates/Cardio sculpting type DVD every morning before work. I have also ordered the 30 day shred which should come soon and I am super stoked to start it!
Ok my problem is this: Every time I start a serious exercise program (meaning more than once or twice a week), my appetite just triples. I can't help it. I have learned from the past that you can work your butt off and not lose a pound because of eating too much but I just don't know how to control it because I feel physcially hungry, it's not just a bored or unhappy kind of hungry, I really want food! It's almost like I could lose weight easier with no exercise since when I don't work out, I am easily able to control my appetite. If anyone has any tips, love to hear it!
