  • It's that time again..

    Let's start this month off right..with a big Banging Loss!!!

    Have a good week everyone..nomatter how tough last weekend was.
  • Friday night and Saturday morning were NOT good.. oh well. dh and I ordered a pizza... 2 slices Friday and 2 for breakfast on Saturday.. oh well. We still must live, right. We just ordered 1 pizza.. normally we would order 2 and eat it all weekend

    Saturday afternoon I went to a Tastefully Simple party (doesn't it just sound sinful? ) You sample different foods - yummy. I would guess I ate about 15 points.

    Anyhow.. my normal weigh in day is Mondays.. ww was closed yesterday so I will offically weigh in next Monday.. I'd rather save the $10.

  • Well, this is my first weigh-in since I started posting. I've been on my diet for five full weeks and I've lost 13-14 pounds depending on the time of day LOL. This past week I lost 3 pounds. I'm really motivated. What keeps me from cheating is the glycemic factor. If it's going to send my sugar up, I don't want it near me.

    I'm totally with ya. On the bad weekend! And skipping weigh-in this week to save a few bucks. I don't need to pay someone $13 to tell me what a horrid job I did this weekend... I'd rather pay $18 next week to hear "WOO HOO YOU LOST!!!"

  • Slimdown...me too! I usually weigh in on Saturday mornings, but this Saturday I have to attend a function with DD. I could weigh in on Thursday night or Friday morning, but I have had such a crappy week (with the exception of the last two days, which have been fabulous!) that I don't think I need the added blow of the scale telling me what I already know Think I'll just wait 'til next week.....

    Well I did weigh on Monday and I stayed the same. That is not great but not bad either.

    I do have a questioins for my low carb pals, how long before i see a drop in weight. I am just wondering. Hopefully by being op i will see a loss this next weigh in.

  • First Weigh In
    My weigh in day is Wed. so I'd thought I'd share, my first week I lost 4 lbs..YEA!! Of course 1/2 of the week I was on that horrible Body Makeover Diet and the 2nd 1/2 I've been sick, but I've been eating right.

    It's nice we have somewhere to share this, I hope I'm down a couple of pounds next week!!

    Bella and Icewoman, I know its not much comfort.. but I would rather stay the same weight for a week or 2 or 3....... then have that little needle on the scalemonster start going up again... Hang in there things will start to fall in place again.

    My weighin is Friday.. I'm hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst hehe

  • bella...You may see a nice loss your first week. By the 2nd week, you should really see a nice loss. Be patient...it will come. You'r doing fabulous.
  • This week seems to have gone by fast, I can't believe its WI for me already. I thought I had totally blown it but I'm happy to report the scale shows me at 245.5....a 3.5 lb loss since last friday.
