
I hope everyone had a good Memorial Day weekend. I got a lot accomplished and feel good this morning. I got caught up with some housework that I've let slide like mopping the kitchen floor and scrubbing down the bathrooms (ugh!). Anyway, it's a good feeling. I also tackled our freezer and got that defrosted and got rid of some "unknowns"

Eating wise I did pretty well, but not as good as I'd like but for the most part it wasn't that bad. We didn't have any picnics to go to so that wasn't a problem. This coming weekend we have a picnic/party.
The weather here is beautiful...sunny and around 70...perfect for walking. I'm hoping to take advantage of it and get out for a walk at noon.
How was everyone's holiday weekend? Any upcoming events?

. Munched quite a bit over the weekend, but am staying active & keeping with the exercise, so hopefully not much damage was done. Feel a little bloated (TOM arrived last night), so I am hoping this feeling will subside in a few days.
Maybe go back through your old journals (if you have them) and look at the weeks you did well and felt good, a lot of times that helps me with meal planning, etc. Another thing I find helpful is to re-read my materials and try to unearth the enthusiasm I felt when I first joined WW. You'll get yourself on track. My favorite saying from my WW buddy is "Take the hit and move on!"
