  • Id like to know everyone's favorite snacks! Especially, the ones that dont taste low calorie at all!!

    Mine are:

  • Thanks ladies, you all are giving me some great ideas for new stuff.

Ive searched forever for Laughing Cow cheese, but they dont carry it at my Walmart. Thats what I get for shopping at Walmart I suppose, and better go to the regular grocery store for some stuff.
  • Grapes and Pears!
  • make sure that you are looking near the deli for the Laughing cow cheese at Walmart. It is not in the cheese isle but in the deli area.

    Some of my favs are

    fresh pineapple with cottage cheese
Laughing cow cheese with multi-grain wheat thins
apples dipped in greek yogurt with granola
    any flavor yoplait light
cereal - kashi golean crunch or vive with fat free milk

For my girls I make a trail mix with cheerios, kashi golean, mixed nuts, mini semi sweet chips, raisins, dried cranberries, yogos and other things I can find. I change up the cereal and fruits, they just love this.

    We also do
    cheese sticks with grapes
    strawberries with greek yogurt

We try to stay away from the prepackaged 100 calorie packs because we have so many people in our family and I think it is important that my kids learn about serving sizes, that is what got me overweight to begin with.
  • Wow! I like these ideas! I'm not a calorie counter.. I'm a weight watcher. But these are some awesome ideas!

One snack I do is a banana with 1T nat. PB

    1/2 c beans-especially after a workout!

I will be subscribing! Thank you!!
