Hey all! I thought I would share my progress so far with everyone! I began 12/9/09 at 350(!!!!!) pounds. Today, I am at 314, which is just past my first goal of losing 35 pounds, which is 10% of my starting weight.
I have been counting calories, and during the week I eat 1200-1500 calories, and on the weekends, I just make sure to eat less than I used to. I also am going to the gym 4-5 days a week for at least an hour at a time. I am doing mostly cardio, but strength training as well 2-3 days a week. Biggest loser night, I stay at the gym for 2 hours so I can watch the whole show. I am also trying to be more active in my daily life as well. Just this past Sunday, we went bike riding 7 miles on this beautiful island near me. The island is 12 miles long, so I would like to build up to being able to ride the whole island and back.
I am sooooo grateful for the support and motivation I recieve from 3FC. I think this attempt would be just like any other in the past (unsuccessful) if it weren't for finding this sight. I have found an amazing group of friends that are there to give me advice, and pick me up when I need it.
