Today I had
2 cups broccoli sauteed with salsa over 3/4 c homemade refried pinto beans. I felt decadent and topped the whole thing with Trader Joe's rf Mexican cheese blend.
This is my go to breakfast when I need something warm that will stay with me all morning. Broccoli is loaded with protein so this is a high protein, high fiber meal - great for energy and for keeping everything happy if ya know what I mean
Very Phase 1, as are most of my breakfasts.
