    total:-29...im already 1 pt over and have no pts left for dinner!!!! Think im going to have a very low pt salad because im out of flex and i plan to do my walk and jog video to earn some APS (sigh) This really is a learning process..and i've learned it pays to plan..Pays in points!! lol

    L: ate at chilis,.. and it was my first of the ww week so im just going to go ahead and say i used all my flex to be safe. but i will say i only ate half of my food, which i hardly ever do!

    snack: oat and honey bar:-4

    snack: teddy grahams:-3

    total:-12/16 daily left and 0 flex!

    ( I really need to get some veggies in today, im prob have a salad for dinner!)

  • B: 3/4 cup low fat granola
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup strawberries

    L: 1/2 beef and swiss wrap from Arby's (had NO idea how much fat was in this before I ordered...turns out after eating only HALF the wrap I ate 20g of fat and 8 points!!!) That will teach me to eat before I check! At least I checked before I ate the other half! Had a side salad sans the cheese with a great tasting 5 calorie dressing!

    D: WW Santa Fe beans (this is by far my fav of their frozen dinners!)
    1 cup green beans

    S: 1 cup homemade broc soup (only 2 points!!! ...and yummy!)
    1 grapefruit

    Not a bad day...lower points than WW says I should be having but since this is only my 3rd day of WW since switching from a 1200 calorie diet...not bad. I'm easing my way into this.

    Hello everyone, please join me in posting your daily food! It is a great way to get yourself accountable.

    B: single serving box of frosted flakes:-2

    Snk: 3 pieces ff turkey, 3 pieces 2% cheese, roll-ups shared with son:-5

    Lunch: used flex and ate lunch with SIL: -35 & 5 daily( i usually just say its all my flex to be safe)

    snk:wasabi peas:-2
    Dinner: lean cusine pizza:-9

    snk : sf cupcakes:-3


    total:-28/28: all flex gone!

    ***Today was my weigh in and I am down 4.6 lbs from 2 weeks ago , i think thats pretty good, can't wait to see whaty next weeks wi has in store. I really need to up my cardio though. I plan to work on that this week!
