total:-29...im already 1 pt over and have no pts left for dinner!!!! Think im going to have a very low pt salad because im out of flex and i plan to do my walk and jog video to earn some APS (sigh) This really is a learning process..and i've learned it pays to plan..Pays in points!! lol

.. and it was my first of the ww week so im just going to go ahead and say i used all my flex to be safe. but i will say i only ate half of my food, which i hardly ever do!
