So of course I wear my lightest pants, socks, and shirts for meetings, and I empty my pockets and take off my shoes. It's like going to the airport!

I don't eat or drink anything the morning of (and of course I only go to morning meetings!), and make sure I use the bathroom right before I head to the scale. Can't have any extra ounces!

In the last few weeks I've started going for a 1-2 mile hard run in the morning before meetings, inspired by the Biggest Loser "last chance workout". I can easily sweat out 2 pounds of water on a run, according to my home scale. Now of course I *have* to do this every week, or else I'll see the scale mysteriously jump up 2 pounds. D'oh!

Aaaaand.... when I'm on the scale itself, I breathe out and hold my breath. Hey, all that air in your lungs has to weigh something, right?
Or maybe it's just that I'm nervous. How about y'all? Anyone have any other superstitious routines I can get into?
