I'd be careful with nuts and cheese as they are higher calorie. When I do want nuts I only eat almonds that are roasted without salt.
Things I eat to help keep me full are prunes, oranges, large salads with plenty of veggies and low cal dressings.
One salad I love to make is cut up cucumber with cut up tomatoe- if you like onion you can add a tiny bit of that too. Then I buy this spice called sumac- its made to put into salads, marinade meats, and put on rice but you have to find a middle eastern store that sells them as it's not found at your local grocery store. Sprinkle a generous amount on that and then put some lemon juice on it- a tiny bit of salt, and boom a large salad that has probably less than 100 calories! It's so good
