I'm not on a diet so much as a life change. I'm graduating from college soon with a BA in English and I figured there is no time like the present to try and become (a lot) healthier.

Anyway, just wanted to stop by and say hi. I've been poking around the site for a few months but joined today in efforts to actually start something. Hopefully, with a little shove now and again, I will make this change work!

I'm glad you joined! I'm always so happy when lurkers come out of hiding.

A couple spots to check out - we have the 20-somethings, for those in that age range (or other age-range-based forums, if I guessed your age wrong). We also have forums by eating plan and amount to lose, and a lot of miscellaneous groups and challenges.

I'd encourage you to look around, find a spot or several, and jump into posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
