Yesterday, I decided to try on this red skirt that I couldn't even zip before. Hooray! It actually fit! I still want it be a little looser around my butt but at least I can zip it now! I can finally physically see the difference this weight loss is making.

Congratulations, doesn't that feel great I tend to measure loss by the size(appearence) of my clothes rather than what I see on myself in the mirror. I think sometimes when we loose the weight we do not always see what everyone else does so I use clothes instead. Keep up the good work
