Okay so my first mini goal was a little hard, and I didn't do it perfectly. But I made it though the holidays without gaining and January I got under 199! So now I have almost lost 10 pounds and I can't believe it.
So my goal for this month is do be down 15 pounds. I finally got my butt in gear with a program and I am actually learning how to never put the weight back on. Wish me luck!
