. I feel so much better. I am taking my time with my supplements. Just taking 2 flax each meal, mulit 1 each meal. Quote:

. I am now drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. That's not including my HNS. You guys are so so right. Just take it easy and do what you can. I've also started doing a 1 mile booster walk with 3 pounds weighs (On-demand). Starting out with just a lil, after next week I should be able to go to the next level.One day at a time
