ninepaw~ Way to go for asking for help. You've been given some great advice. In my house, I put "my" (aka on plan) food (a DH and 2 boys, 12 and 7, live here too) in a certain cabinet. When I want something I go there...Aside from that, focus on one day at a time...one meal at a time, if need be. Try reward lists...call a friend...POST HERE

....anything to distract you from food. What worked for me this time was a message I heard at my church...It was about getting a vision...and focusing on what you're working towards rather than what you're giving up. Perspective is everything!
