I would just like to say first day i signed up and started reading all these success stories i have been staying on the ball with my eating and exercising. I have actually been working out alot harder because of this site, great support and great people. I would just like to see if there are other people out here that are as thankfull as i am .

I will not hesitate to say that 3FC saved my life in a way. Who knows what would have happened to me down the road had I not smartened up now. I don't know if I would have the same kind of success with becoming a healthier person, without this site. I get so much encouragement from others on here, and apparently give people a little bit of encouragement myself. That in itself makes me want to succeed that much more. Just knowing my success might help others succeed is all the reason I need to... succeed. lol

This site has been amazing, I am sooo grateful for it and for all the wonderful people here! I love coming here, it is like coming home. It it weren't for all the great advice, support and encouragement I know that I wouldn't be doing as well as I am.

If i feel the need to make unhealthy food choices or mindlessly binge, I come here.

If I hear that little voice in the back of my head telling me that it's ok to skip working out.. I come here
