Hi there I'm new!

  • I've just turned thirty! and 2009 is going to be my year ... well I hope it will be. I'm a long time Yo-Yo dieter and I'm scared. Three years ago I managed to loose 23kgs ... three years later and I've put it all back on and then some! This year I intended to get married and try to start a family. Well that ain't going to happen at 128kg! I'n not healthy and the weight is starting to efect my life from sore knees to worrying about breaking a plastic chair when I sit in it.

    I need help from people who know .. not my skinny friend who want to loose 5kg I want to loose 50! thats a really scary number.
