Huh. So I just went to web md and used the weight loss tools, including this one:

has anyone here used that before? It seemed like a really good tool, until....
It told me that at my size (around 230) I should be eating 1200 calories a day.
It also tells you your body shape...based only on your jean size. Go figure. It told me I was a pear, and that I'm at increased risk because of it. According to them, I should be an hourglass shape in order to be healthy.
I thought I was an hourglass....
Bust 45
Waist 33.5
Hips 49.5
(I know it's not 36 24 36, but still....)
What's up with this site? 1200 calories, really?
