WATP Question

  • Hi all,

    I have been doing the WATP "Walk With Me" 1 mile walk for several weeks now and I feel ready to progress.

    The problem is I am not sure which video in the series to move to next.

    Any advice?

  • Get the 5 mile. It's a series put together so you can do less or do all of it. There is one with jogging too. You may want to try that one.
  • Do you have a library near you? If so, see if they have some of the DVDs there. That is how I discovered Leslie. I kept checking out different DVDs before I decided to buy.
  • Another possibility is to go to collage online and see clips of many different videos.
  • i love the 5 mile! Its like gettin 5 different workouts for the price of one! and you choose the intencity!
  • I agree with the above poster. I bought the WATP-30 minutes first, then went to Walk Away the Waistline, and now have the 5-mile Slim Down.
